Overall Satisfaction with Conga CLM
We are using Conga CLM to manage the Contracts Lifecycle of 24 Subsidiary companies within our strategic business unit. We are migrating thousands of records from legacy systems.
Pros
- Through our custom wizard, new and infrequent users can easily enter new agreements.
- Organization and layout of the agreements make it easy to find what you want quickly
- Smart search is vitally important when going through thousands of legacy records.
Cons
- Notifications should be easier to configure
- we are always running up against the number of records that can be displayed (especially in accounts tab)
- Our implementation is new, but we are already seeing great time saving metrics.
- improved Compliance with all users working in Conga instead of stovepiped systems
