Using Conga CLM to produce metrics on our agreements.

Overall Satisfaction with Conga CLM

Conga CLM is used to generate templates as well as track various data points within such templates. We also utilize CLM to produce metrics on our agreements.

Pros

  • template generation
  • tracking/versioning
  • archiving

Cons

  • redlining. The preference is to have more nuanced redlining capabilities instead of swap out of while clauses
  • Clause tracking. Any change/deviation would be tracked even an additional space.
  • Reporting/Approvals. Limited changes (additional space) may trigger approvals. Additionally such changes would create a false report on the reporting.
  • We had just implemented so we are still in the learning phase where positive ROI still has not been achieved
