Overall Satisfaction with Conga CLM

We use Conga CLM for contracts related to publications. The introduction of Conga allowed us to streamline our processes and significantly reduce the time to contract for our team.

Pros

  • Reduces the time to contract
  • Management of contractual clauses & approved legal language
  • Contract type management (NDA, MSA, etc)

Cons

  • We've had some challenges with integration into Salesforce, specifically around permissions management and alignment on when something is controlled by Conga vs the Salesforce platform we're working with
  • We track time to contract, from initiation through execution, and Conga CLM has improved this measure significantly

I've only interacted with Conga CLM, but for our purposes, the tool has significantly streamlined contract management. Where we've struggled is in integration with other Salesforce based platforms and clearly defining when something is under Conga's control vs our other partners on Salesforce.
