Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense

Our entire organization uses Concur Expense to track expenses and keep tabs on financial spending. Every department uses this, and there are permissions set in place for all types of users - from manager to director to intern or anything in between, anyone that would need to track and keep tabs of expenses.

Pros

  • Easily update financials.
  • Submit expenses to managers.

Cons

  • Better UX.
  • The logo appears blue/yellow sometimes, confusing when not one color.
  • Helps to manage financials.
  • Helps to keep the company organized.
Expensify I think is a bit better than Concur Expense because of their fabulous mobile app, but Concur Expense was a great in-between option of Expensify (which is a bit more casual) and Coupa (which is a bit more formal) although I would say that Expensify is a great option and has a better mobile app.
Concur Expense is well suited for large companies that are dealing with more than 100 employees. This is a great solution for a company that has a lot of employees and needs to keep good track of financials and company cards dealing. It is less appropriate for smaller companies that don't have many employees.

Concur's Travel and Expense features are very easy to use and navigate. I'm not sure what technology they use but everything is always pulled in seamlessly from my travel activities! You can see the status of your expenses and their progress right on the home page, so it's easy to navigate and use this feature. I find this is easiest expense reporting software to use yet.

Our entire company uses Concur, although we first started with just a few departments using this feature. Combining Concur with Okta was a pretty seamless experience and helped us to roll Concur out across the entire company within the matter of just a few days which was a great help and way for our company to be effective.
The integration of Concur between our cards and different accounts for expenses is very seamless. This integration happens naturally and quickly, and there are also email alerts that you can set up to make sure you're kept aware of every expense (or however many you want) without having to manually log into Concur every time.

Okta has been a great way to integrate with Concur because our company will log into Concur through Okta so there are no worries about security measures, passwords leaking or being compromised, or anything of the kind.

I have never had to use customer support when using Concur Expense - the UX could be a bit nicer on the eyes or easier to understand, but there have never been any problems when using Concur Expense that I have had to ask or reach out to customer support to help me with anything.
