The academy training was essential to start learning about Celonis. It was the best thing to grow the knowlagment on that. Also, the webinars are good for keeping you updated about the new future and new ideas and for sharing ideas with other clients and projects. The presence events were very good to create a lot of networks.

Process mining is the best scenario where Celonis fits very well. In terms of Bi tool i think isn't the best option and on the market we can find better. Regarding apps and automations, it is also a good feature but also needs to improve to have the possibility to understand the logs.
