Celonis is our provider for getting insights into processes. We use it to analyze our business process to discover, analyze and improve our HR and finance processes for the global organisation. With the use of Celonis we are able to get architects of our own service processes. The management uses Celonis to decide and act on business critical events.

Celonis has way more ways for extracting data for way more systems and also it has the possibility to setup a live connection to the different systems. Also you can create different custom processes in Celonis that is not working for Signavio. The performance and usability of Celonis is also way better than other process mining tools.
