Overall Satisfaction with Celonis
We are implementing Celonis in the company with a focus on our core processes. Due to the current change, we face the challenges of prioritizing the appropriate and important processes to include in Celonis.
Pros
- The variant explorer shows all cases within a process and gives a transparent overview.
- The use of root cause identification helps to locate weak points and to solve problems in a sustainable way.
- Certain functions of Celonis can be used to go into depth and thus also determine important KPIs for the business department and management.
- The Celonis Academy enables targeted and focused training depending on the user role and is very structured, engaging as well as informative.
Cons
- The search filter in tables should be automatically deactivated or deleted when I go to a new tab. Unfortunately, the action "clear all selections" does not remove this search filter.
- We are still in the implementation phase and therefore no statement on ROI is possible yet.
Through Celonis, the digital transformation in the company is driven forward. This is one of the reasons why a department was founded that will be responsible for Celonis and other process topics in the future.
