Student gets to know own processes through Celonis

Our organization uses Celonis to [display] our P2P, AP, and O2C Processes, Moreover, we use Celonis to digitize our process through skills and action flows and to point out violations compared to our process model. I am currently a dual student from Germany studying business informatics. I have completed almost all Celonis training tracks. At the time I am building analyses, skills, and action flow for various applications for my employer. In addition, I help with diverse problems that arise, like for example problems with routing rules.

With Celonis, more problems are now solved [digitally] and also much faster. For example through the Action Engine with Skills or in the Studio with Action Flows. This helps our employees from the SD to maintain an Overview and to solve problems directly when they get a notification from Celonis.
