Overall Satisfaction with Celonis

Celonis assists in analyzing the processes, finding inefficiencies, and building automation based on process mining to improve them. Currently this is applied to the purchase-to-pay process and accounts payable process. Being able to "x-ray" these processes offers a lot of information [that] can be easily visualized and further processed within Celonis.

Celonis combination of process mining and process automation is unmatched. The switch between the two is without any disturbance. It is possible to directly act upon findings in process mining and create automation to monitor or even improve them. These abilities make Celonis an amazing tool in the right hands.

Celonis is suited for all scenarios in which data from ERP Systems can be processed. The visualization capabilities are impressive and deliver great insights on which can be further acted. It is easy to go from the bigger picture to the small details and gain additional information. Within its capabilities, the most limiting factor is the technical maturity of some features.
