Assisting with complex employee relations cases and case law. Using templates to write to employees. Keeping up to date with new and upcoming legislation. Double checking my understanding of employment law and best practice. Checking policies to ensure mine are complete and cover everything. Useful also to train colleagues who are new to HR and employment law.
