Overall Satisfaction with Brightmine
We have used Brightmine (formerly XpertHR) for many years and it is our first port of call when we are updating our policies or looking for guidance on recent legislation, tribunal cases and case law. It has proved to be an excellent resource for our wider People Team and the advice line is a useful additional resource. We regularly review our policies and standard template letters using the wide range of resources and documents that are available.

- Search functionality
Cons
- Cost may exclude some SMEs
- Could include a live chat facility /AI
- Document creation functionality would be useful in addition to the downloadable templates
- It has reduced the necessity to outsource certain tasks/issues
- More consistency with our policies and templates
- Hard to put a number on it but we will be paying less for external advice and spending less time doing so
