Overall Satisfaction with Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud

We use it to house customer data, marketing to new customers via emails and weblayers. It's our essential marketing tool for several products. We also use it to deliver part of the product (email newsletters). I use it for planning, designing, implementing and reporting on marketing campaigns, and to analyse customer behaviour at various points along the user journey.

Pros

  • Easy to learn how to use and quite intuitive
  • Customer segmentation
  • Simple to find the data I want
  • Help and support

Cons

  • The email editor could be simpler - it doesn't always behave how you expect it to
  • Weblayer design: it's not easy to change images in the visual editor
  • Improved Lead generation for subscriptions
Whenever I have needed a question answering, I found it simple to contact someone for the answer.
I have used Klaviyo and Salesforce - both of which are very different to Bloomreach. Salesforce is awful for what I need it for and another product I market uses it and will be transitioning over to Bloomreach hopefully next year. Klaviyo is excellent but Bloomreach is easier to use when editing email flows.

Yes

It is by far the best ESP I have used - it has capacity to do far more than I will ever need but I find this makes it worth investing time and effort into. It's set up well for collaborative working, especially when editing scenarios or email content. Weblayer functionality is well designed, but could do with a simpler way to test out new projects. It's a great and essential hub for all marketing activity.
