Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud is our customer data platform used for various use cases (i.e. share a coupon, welcome messages, etc...) across our international company. We are also considering this platform for AB tests.

Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud provided a more competitive licensing arrangement and their ability to integrate our source data was the best. They were also the most willing to complete a POC with us; the other two vendors were very lethargic and eventually denied our request for a POC.

Usability

Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud has a good training program with, a user-friendly UI. I've seen successful product launches of several use cases.
