Overall Satisfaction with Bloomfire

We use Bloomfire as a company-wide educational platform. We have countless articles, tips, templates to be used by all of the Lap of Love staff. The search engine is easy to use and a fast way to find the answers I need without having to contact a member of management.

Pros

  • Interactive posts are great to see others' input.
  • Easy to navigate.

Cons

  • I think it is put together nicely.
  • Increased team productivity.
  • Valuable business insights.

Having Bloomfire as a part of a large company with many layers has really been a great asset to our big organization. Having all of the info we need right at our fingertips is very helpful to everyone who is involved on a daily basis. We are not having to contact management to have our questions answered.
