Overall Satisfaction with BigCommerce

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It's a great e-commerce store that integrates well with our fulfillment platform. Its API also is able to interact with other data sources/data warehouses so we can analyze performance. The options/features within the platform make the product flexible for our 3 business needs (we own 3 different storefronts with BigCommerce).

We haven't really had the opportunity to scale too high with Bigcommerce, as the storefronts/products we are using it for are lower volume compared to our main sales product which we sell on a custom webiste/platform.

Alternatives Considered

Shopify

I find the UI to be more appealing and the storefront to be a little less recognizable as a typical Shopify storefront (more generic, etc.)

Likelihood to Recommend

I find it to be more flexible than other e-commerce platforms I have used. The features regarding dynamic pricing, etc are nice. In my experience the customer support has been hit or miss and a lot of requested features/bug fixes remain unanswered on certain support forums by other users.
