Overall Satisfaction with BigCommerce

I use BigCommerce for my retail website. I use it because it networks great with Square for deducting daily sales right from my website inventory.

Pros

  • Customer service has been excellent the few times I've had to call in.
  • I have expedienced very few problems in several years of service.
  • The behind the scenes admin operations are very easy to use and figure out.

Cons

  • I'm happy with my service and have no complaints.
  • It has definitely helped to streamline my sales and inventory control.
BigCommerce provides good service, great customer service, and no noticeable downtime.
BigCommerce is easier to use and can do almost everything Zencart can
I have been provided with a well built site that doesn't have any downtime and functions almost flawlessly.
