Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use BigCommerce as our eCommerce and shipping platform. We use it across the whole organization, in that everyone is versed on how to complete an order that has been processed by BigCommerce. It solves our eCommerce interaction with customers, processing of orders online and shipping process.

I'm not sure BigCommerce has done anything for our business to attract more site visitors
Order transactions have increased slowly due to other efforts

Scalability

In order for us to be further productive we have to go to a customized platform which is also much more costly and we aren't sure the costs are worth it with the current platform. Something we are reviewing for how we move forward on the current platform. We have the opportunity to do more business but not sure how to create efficiencies that would allow user ease and increase traffic to the site, at least that BigCommerce has or can help us with.

Likelihood to Recommend

For our business it is best suited us for our eCommerce processing and online shop platform. We use a template which is most cost effective however it is a bit difficult to adjust specific items' shipping costs and other things that would optimize our ability to offer better shipping options for small items.
