Overall Satisfaction with BigCommerce

It is being used as our host and e-commerce software provider for our website. It is used across the whole organization and it addresses not having to worry about managing our e-commerce website software, server and also security. It has all the features we need from an e-commerce service provider.

Pros

  • Easy to use
  • Full featured
  • Always innovating and staying up to date with the latest trends

Cons

  • They need a mobile app for iOS and Android where a user can manage their website. I know that this is currently in process though.
  • Made things very easy on the backend for me to focus on listing products and increasing sales.
There are different subscription levels for every type of customer and also there are many integrations.
I have used Shopify and I prefer BigCommerce.
Easy to learn and a good platform to grow with as you grow your business and gain experience. The price might be too high for some users.
