Overall Satisfaction with BigCommerce

We use Big Commerce across our entire organization as a part of our online sales. It allows our customers to process orders, check the status of their shipment, and e-mail any questions that they might have.

Pros

  • Unlimited number of part numbers and photos for inventory items
  • Direct processing of credit cards
  • Discreet customer information
  • Security compliance included

Cons

  • Inventory item entry is cumbersome and time consuming
  • Integrated full website would be helpful ie like GoDaddy provides
  • Helped with online order processing
  • Helped streamline online presentation
The costs remain flat regardless of the increase in revenue. Each step in upgrades increases online presence making visibility more pronounced.
While I think it is suited for small business with limited product lines, I think it is a bit more challenging for businesses that have a more extensive list of products and services.
