Cons
- Sometimes there are long waiting times on the phone for support.
- We should have the option to get a call back instead of waiting on phone.
- I had a problem with syncing Pinterest and never got resolution.
- We can increase the number of orders by having an online presence 24 hours a day
- We can reach more customers across the county.
- We can offer more products online than in our store.
