Overall Satisfaction with BigCommerce

It is our eCommerce solution for our driduck.com site.

Pros

  • Priced right
  • Excellent eCommerce platform
  • Strong user community involvement

Cons

  • Include a refund API (not if this is currently in active development).
  • Include a returns API (not if this is currently in active development).
  • It's allowed us to open a direct to consumer channel to our customer base.
  • It's tightly integrated into our ERP and WMS systems.
  • It helps promote the Brand beyond just our B2B distributor relationships.
This hasn't been an issue for us.
Shopify, Magento
If you want an eCommerce solution this is an excellent product to consider.
