Overall Satisfaction with BigCommerce

BigCommerce has quickly become our firm's go-to eCommerce solution for our clients. It is a perfect fit for medium to enterprise sized businesses who are looking to sell online.

Pros

  • The ability to sell a wide range of either physical or digital goods, in categories of your choosing and using shipping rates of your choosing.
  • Integration with multiple best of breed eCommerce add-on products for shipping, tax calculation, payment gateways, etc.
  • Offers a comprehensive set of features, providing more bang for the buck than competing products.
  • Easy setup/implementation.

Cons

  • Does not yet provide syncing of non-production to production sites.
  • Utilizing BigCommerce for our clients has allowed them to attract more site visitors.
  • BigCommerce is very straight-forward to implement and allows us to launch a site in weeks, rather than months.
BigCommerce provides an unequal combination of value, functionality, and ease of implementation over its competitors.
BigCommerce is a great fit for medium-sized to enterprise business looking to sell online. It easily integrates with backend systems.
