Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR®

I use Bamboo for various reasons. The calendar allows me to see employees in and out of the office. I can see whose birthdays and anniversaries are coming up and must be celebrated. I also use bamboo to check my hours and to see if there are any discrepancies with my paycheck or anything of that nature. I also enjoy how I can be notified of new hires, and it categorizes it as a to-do item, which is pretty cool. Once the task is completed, it can be checked off the to-do list. There are all types of cool things on bamboo. I have to mess around with it a little.

Pros

  • Categorize and organize items like to do items.
  • Can easily download important information.
  • Notify when it is someone's birthday and or anniversary.
  • Notify for new employment.

Cons

  • I don't think there is much to improve.
  • Features are nice and easy to use.
  • I also enjoy the fact that they have a app to use as well as the desktop version.
I love what this application has to offer. It is extremely easy to use and has made things a lot more organized. I mostly use my Bamboo application to track employee birthdays and anniversaries. I can also research files that I need from human resources and find paycheck stubs.

Bamboo is well suited for organization and making things easier for employees and management. I really don't have anything negative to say about Bamboo. I love all of its features, and I also love that it allows us to upload photos. It's such a wonderful app!
