Overall Satisfaction with Avalara

Avalara calculates sales tax on our transactions and processes our returns. We also use Avalara to manage our exemption certificates, automatically send out requests for expiring certificates and send out campaigns.

  • time spent on returns
  • less staffing required
Some of the helpful features of certcapture were removed with ECM
