I use Avalara daily to ensure that we in compliance in every state in regard to sales and use taxes. Avalara make is easy to see the states where we are close to reaching economic nexus in.

Overall, Avalara is very good at helping companies navigate the sales and use tax returns and sales tax exemption management. AN area of improvement would be customer service/new employee training.
Avalara helped get us in compliance with our online sales, and ensured that we were in filing the correct returns with each state.
