Overall Satisfaction with Avalara

We currently use Avalara to calculate all of our customer invoices. It is being used across the whole organization and is connected to our ERP system. It has helped us become more compliant with our sales tax. Since we use Avalara for Returns as well, it has taken that responsibility off of me. Avalara has taught me a ton about tax too.

  • Communication from our account manager on new products.
  • We have become more tax compliant since using Avalara.
  • We were audited by Washington State and Avalara's reports so easy to pull and send to the auditor.
  • Time spent doing taxes has decreased by 75%!
I was able to login into AvaTax and get what I needed without any training. It is very easy to train someone else on as well.
For a company with cross-border sales, Avalara is very helpful. For companies that just sell to customers in just 1 state, Avalara isn't needed as much. They would still be helpful.
