Overall Satisfaction with Automox

We use Automox to secure and automate our associate's laptops. In one package we are able to patch, deploy applications and software updates, remotely support them. We also plan to standardize our end user deployments to reduce errors and reduce our support calls. The ability to remote into each endpoint is also great for our hybrid work environment.

It's easy to deploy agents to endpoints and we were able to get up and running quickly. Among the most valuable features are its ease of use and the Worklets. Both of them are time-savers. Worklets enable us to customize things for a given department or group. Being able to use Worklets created by the community saves us a lot of time. Its flexibility is most valuable. They need to improve the automation features. The stability has come a long way from what it was like when it started and now it's really good. It may need improvement if your organization is highly regulated.

Using Automox

350 - All users in our organization benefit from Automox. We include it on every associate's laptop. That includes Executive, HR, Sales, Customer Service, IT and Claims departments. It gives our IT Infrastructure staff the ability to protect and manage our endpoints effectively. We maintain IT Asset inventory, patch management, and software deployment with Automox. It is a real time saver. We were able to consolidate 3 separate programs into one. Having that single pane of glass is very beneficial.
7 - To support Automox, a variety of skills are required. This includes Cybersecurity expertise for managing and securing client systems. Technical support specialists for handling user inquiries and issues. Software engineers for ongoing product development and maintenance. Project managers to oversee implementation and integration processes. Data analysts for interpreting user behavior and product performance.
