Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Currently we are using Acumatica for Accounts Payable and General Ledger transactions. We are in a transitional state between an old system and a new system. Acumatica provides us with ease of use and workflow management that is light years better than our old system. We have the ability to automated workflow and finding information is as easy as one simple search.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Ease if use, everything is easy to find and easy to navigate.
Finding information, there are tons of hyperlinks and the search function is wonderful.

Cons

Fixed assets, there are limitations in what you can do and you often have to jump through hoops to achieve your end goal.

Likelihood to Recommend

Acumatica is very well suited for those that want an out of the box option or a more customized option. There is the ability to do both here. Customization does take some knowledge and time to learn but is doable. Features for service oriented business are not yet what they are for the construction, manufacturing, and retail industries.
