Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

I work in the finance department in my company. I work with accounts payable. It gives very valuable reports to help keep our vendors happy and payments made on time. It also provides easy ways to make payments through different vendors

Pros

  • Integration with other platforms to provide an easier way to use the product
  • Lots of reports to fulfill you needs
  • A good way to keep everything in a single place and I like how everything works together well
  • They listen to your needs and help as much as possible

Cons

  • An easier collections modular
  • A easier way to make dashboards
  • A way to customize the dashboard to make it pleasing for however you wish to look at it
  • It gives us a very valuable and deep view with all of the reports
1-3 months
It helps us make payments on time to keep them happy, give us a cleaner view so we know exactly what to find if they ask for something
It keeps us on our toes and ahead of the competition.
