Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

I am the Inventory and Pricing Account Supervisor at Sun Oil Limited, So mainly used the Inventory, Cost Layers and Sales Modules. I basically rely on Acumatica to advise us when we need to change our prices based on the cost layers which is vital to our company's profit margins.

  • Need more insight on all the features available to us - customer services/experience

Need more insight on all the features available to us to make our jobs more efficient.
Basically we rely on Acumatica to record all our data, but still prepare an excel spreadsheet to reconcile each account. Therefore, we are not using Acumatica to it's full potential.

Acumatica has been quite limited for our Industry - whether it's because we were not informed of all features relevant to our industry or we need more training on all the features that could be available to us.
