Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

We use Acumatica for quoting products, and services. We use it for AP and AR. We used to need multiple softwares and too many documents and Excel sheets to track and manage orders and job.

Pros

  • Order processing from beginning to end in one place
  • Purchasing and approval processes
  • Project management, and in field communication

Cons

  • Correcting drop ship PO's after a receipt
  • Being able to correct a goods receipt
  • Completing RMA
  • It is streamlining our processes
  • Completing tasks and quotes faster for our customers
  • Managing inventory in one easy to see place

We are able to provide quotes faster, we can manage and easily determine what inventory we have available and what needs to be ordered allowing us to fulfill orders faster.
We work as contractors in the mining industry and failures can happen at any time. Having Acumatica allows us to provide quotes, services or products any day any time to get them back and and running.
