Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica
It is our ERP platform which we have implemented across 3 brands - overall it has been a 12 month implementation.

- In terms of payroll there could be further improvements in the tax and payroll rulings in line with Australian standards
- Segregation of duties within the payroll space
- Payroll tax calculations
- Only new to the system so it is difficult to quantify at this stage, however there is an increased efficiency in producing information. The next step is to add to our data points and produce enhanced reports

Access to live information particularly through Velixo has been helpful - it enables us to provide reports in a timely manner and report on results to key stakeholders so that change or feedback can be provided in a timely manner.
Through the ecosystem it is more user friendly
