Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

We are an engineering services firm. We use Acumatica for high level project management and AR/AP functionality.

Pros

  • Linking data between modules
  • Highly customizable APIs
  • Simple UI

Cons

  • Deprecated fields still available
  • Speed of site
  • Simpler code customizations
  • Newer customer, still trying to get things squared away to really see ROI benefits.
  • Consolidationnofnplatforms is going to bebthe biggest contributor for us
7-12 months
Streamlined billing process, consolidating sales and project execytionbhas been a big plus too.
We are a consilting firm, spanning many industries. Nothing comes to mind at the moment
