I utilize Acumatica to perform all accounting functions within the organization. Acumatica addresses and assists in automating the invoice or bill recognition in the AP process. This assists with processing invoices quicker. Acumatica also does an excellent job with the AP workflow to supplement the approval processes, this eliminates the need for any outside communication for invoice approvals.

Acumatica has made it easier to bill the customer appropriately per their complex billing and itemized list of requirements.
We're still working to tailor the system to our needs. Acumatica does an excellent job through the allocation process to put amounts where we need them to go and lessen the chance for errors.
