Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica
We currently are using the platform primarily for accounting but are expanding to service ticketing and lease management in CRM. It is also used as a repository for our payables documents and managing owner & member distributions.

Cons
- Needs to be more end-user configurable
- Report output needs to flow, single page by page reports are difficult/tedious to navigate
- Overall workflows in the Property Management module need to be improved. Hire someone with real-world PM experience to consult.
- At this point, we are too new to the platform to have and answer for this one.
4-6 months
We saw significant enhances to our document management once we started using the platform. We were also able to drive true accountability through workflow design and rules building.
We currently use the platform for our accounting functions but are going to be expanding our use case to include service ticketing and leasing sales management via the CRM.
