We utilize ZoomInfo Talent to identify potential candidates for our manufacturing and engineering clients. We have used ZoomInfo to email them in the past.
Pros
- ZoomInfo Talent has detailed search parameters to help identified potentially qualified candidates.
- ZoomInfo Talent allows you to download your results via CSV or Excel directly to your ATS/CRM once linked.
- ZoomInfo Talent shows email open info if you send them emails via ZoomInfo.
Cons
- I think the data (emails and phone numbers) is only somewhat accurate.
- Often there is company data missing that is important.
- ZoomInfo doesn't provide phone support for free; you have to pay for phone support in addition to the platform.
Likelihood to Recommend
Honestly, I'm not using ZoomInfo because I have researchers who have their licenses to several platforms. So, I don't think I need it moving forward.
