Zoho Analytics does a pretty decent job across all aspects. Still, on the dashboard part, Zoho Analytics is really good compared to other BI Analytical tools. It offers a wide range of dashboard options and allows users to customize them based on needs and requirements. On the other hand, for customer reports, it falls a little short.
Virtually any type of adhoc data mining that I need to perform. Its interface makes it easy to create reports dashboard, basically any visualization needed for BI analysis. It works seamlessly with most of my cloud computing software.
Pros
Generating Tables and graphs
Creating Dashboard using drag and drop
Customization and filters for technically challenged
Cons
The AI responses to questions asked in layman's terms not always accurate
They could add a few more default spreadsheet features that are integral to Office/Google Workspace
More Fonts available in the Dashboard Creator

We were using Zoho Analytics along with connectors with HR, Project management, IT & helpdesk integration. We feed most of the day-to-day operations, project-related data, market, sales, and Payscale data for insights and visualizations. These insights help in better optimization and catering of resources at the organization and also gives the insights about the market condition.
This tool enables us to generate interactive dashboards, reports, and charts by connecting to various data sources, including databases, spreadsheets, cloud storage, and online applications. The simplicity of Zoho Analytics' drag-and-drop interface, which doesn't require any coding knowledge, is one of the top features of why we opted for this tool. For quick and simple report generation, it includes a selection of pre-built templates that are very resourceful. With Zoho Analytics we have been able to simply produce reports, dashboards, and visualizations without the need for technical expertise or programming abilities because of this tool's intuitive and user-friendly interface.

Since it is a cloud-based platform, there is no need to worry about infrastructure. It doesn't require in-depth coding skills so implementing the changes is quick. Can connect any data, sources, URLs and many more: you can import and create spreadsheets, CSV files, HTML, text files, charts, reports, pivot tables, etc
We initially used Zoho CRM and then after the successful adoption of CRM, we also used the Zoho Analytics BI platform for Business Intelligence and Insights on Deals. We primarily use it for Sales and Lead Generation Insights and our use case is of simple to medium complexity. We use analytics to create some simple dashboards from our CRM data or data from other lead generation and prospect hunting channel.
Pros
It gives a single unified view everyday for our sales team to look at to track their progress and the progress of their peers in achieving the targets
It helps Account Executives to analyse their sales pipeline and find out the score for each deal and any high potential deal that is not getting enough attention
Some of our consultants have built very powerful stories on how and what impacts sales using storyboards and they are well understood by senior leadership
Cons
When compared to Tableau or PowerBI, I feel Zoho lacks the details on design, color palette, fonts, some advanced charts, etc. Tableau has somehow very new-age UI/UX
Some advanced AI techniques for customer segmentation (like clustering), etc. using standard algorithms like k-means etc. is not available or difficult to use

We had chosen Zoho Analytics as our preferred BI platform due to 2 main reasons: 1. We were already using Zoho CRM and Zoho Analytics integrates well with Zoho CRM and learning curve is not so steep 2. With the cloud version (SaaS), the implementation cost was almost negligible and any smart engineer can deploy it for the entire company (if company size is not huge) 3. It has all the features that we would need
Zoho Analytics has allowed my team to tap into the data of our Service Desk Plus Cloud environment to build our metrics dashboards, in order to review resource utilization. Unfortunately, the box KPIs Service Desk Plus Cloud offers were limiting our scope of this analysis. It was a seamless process to test out and enable Zoho Analytics in our environment. I look forward to new features and the incorporation of Zoho Survey into the built-in data sources.
Pros
easy report scheduling
normalizing data
visual representations
Cons
integration into Zoho Survey
additional Service Desk Plus Cloud attributes
calculated fields
Likelihood to Recommend
Zoho Analytics has given us the ability to access data from our instance of Service Desk Plus Cloud that ManageEngine does not provide from their out-of-the-box reporting feature. This information is essential to managing our support teams that work within the Service Desk Plus Cloud system. Although it does not expose all data points from the application and building calculated data points can be quite cumbersome.

We are using Zoho Analytics to collect data and analytics from our company, as well as other companies, to know how the market is doing in real-time. What I like most about this software is the live connection of external data and pixel reports and its customizable dashboards, to tailor it to our brand.
Pros
This software allows us to print the report in pdf format, which makes it easy for us to view and share the reports with clients and partners, without problems and file incompatibility.
It also allows uploading files from various sources such as Excel, Oracle, text files such as CSV, HTML, etc., as well as receiving and sending data from the cloud or local database, for the creation of reports.
It allows for the publication of the reports made on the company's website, blogs, and applications so that everyone can be informed of the data and analysis.
Cons
Can be intimidating software, especially for people who don't have a lot of coding knowledge, so it takes some time to learn.
I would like to see more help desk support or instructional tutorials to better guide us in the use of the software.
I would also like them to present templates to create reports more automatically and quickly.
Likelihood to Recommend
We highly recommend this software, because it has helped us a lot to grow the company and make the right decisions, based on the data obtained and the accurate reports that the software allows us to make. It will be of great help to companies of all sizes, as it will help them to grow much more.
Our organization uses Zoho Analytics to build reports around data that is being captured in our electronic case management system. We generate reports and or dashboards to help further analyze how our programs are doing as well as how our clients are progressing. This includes demographic reports, clients served, # of touchpoints per client, as well as very specifics tied to each client.
Pros
Pull quantitatives from qualitative information.
Visualization of the data.
Allows for a good "read" of where your program is in terms of goals.
Cons
Drilling down within the data.
Using the data to then see the end user (client).
Modernization of visuals (dashboards).
Likelihood to Recommend
Zoho Analytics (formerly Zoho Reports) is well suited for pulling reports for things just as demographics. Our organization also loves the ability to customize the reports to fit our everyday needs that may look different from other organizations. Some challenges include needing specific technical expertise to customize the reports.
