I use Zoho Analytics to give the team an overview of our form entries. At a glance, the team can see all the info they need without having to look at individual records.
Pros
Displays lots of data in a neat overview
Can access reults in a one-page view
Usefull for all team members as way to monitor results
Cons
Only updates data from a data source every hour. Immediate updates would be better.
Adding more hover effects or interactive filters would be more helpful
Make building chart views more intuative. It's currently quite complicated and not easily customizable.

We track attendee registrations via form entries. Zoho Analytics helps us see all attendee data at a neat glance. The marketing team then looks at which tracks we need to advertise more too based on which tracks have the lowest number of registrants.

We use Zoho Analytics to track our open positions as well as our hiring data. Time to fill is measured very closely. Our operations team also uses it to track terminations and other data that our Ops team uses.
Pros
Time to fill rated
Terminations
Open positions
Cons
You can add in different categories you want to track so it makes it flexible in data you want to track.

We use Zoho Analytics to track a number of things in HR but it is used mostly for open positions and so operations can follow where we are in the hiring process. It works very well to keep them on the same page with HR.
We use ZOHO reports to manage and track all of our internal IT project work. The reporting functions allow for the flexibility we need and the level of detail that the task owners require to do their work.
Pros
Ability to use SQL queries to generate reports
Schedule report jobs for users
Create dynamic reports that are publicly accessible
Cons
The reporting data only updates on a 3 hour basis and you have to "fetch" the data manually in between
Likelihood to Recommend
Great for task monitoring, but would also be nice to be able to report on the changes that are made to various fields.
Zoho Reports is being used to primarily report on the sales pipeline. We create monthly sales reports in the form of a dashboard. In the past reports had to be created manually by inputting data from separate spreadsheets. Now, Zoho generates these reports automatically based on the sales in the system.
Pros
Creating dashboards. Dashboards give a great overview of the data you wish to see. They can provide a glimpse into the whole sales pipeline.
Cons
A certain level of SQL knowledge is required if you wish to create your own reports.
Likelihood to Recommend
Zoho Reports is well suited if you are using Zoho CRM as it integrates excellently. It provides the ability to generate reports without any input based on what is happening within the CRM.
