Use Cases and Deployment Scope
As a content writer working with graphic designers to produce digital and print marketing pieces for a university, Wrike allows us to share, review, comment, and edit our work easily and effectively. We precious used Jira, which was not at all optimized for those tasks. Wrike, however, has been a phenomenal tool, and we have become much more efficient as a team because of it. Wrike solves the problems associated with sharing large file sizes.
Pros

- Provides tools that make editing and reviewing tasks much easier
- Helps our team work effectively and efficiently despite many of us being remote workers
- Visually accessible on multiple platforms which makes it easy to do work from anywhere
Cons
- Automation bot: Wrike alerts us when a deadline is approaching, but the alert is often at midnight. I think it would be more effective for the alert to go off at 8 a.m. This may already be a changeable feature, so I apologize if this is redundant.
- The Wrike document editor has a preference for using the desktop app instead of a browser, and in order for it to work in a browser, I have to uninstall and reinstall the editing software. This is a bit of a pain. I know it can be solved by me using the desktop app of Wrike, but I don't always want to do that. If there is any way to make this more effective it would greatly benefit my life.
Return on Investment
- Wrike has made us work much more efficiently as a team. I can't say what kind of budget impact that has had because I don't deal with those numbers, but I know the efficiency on time has made it easier for me personally because I have a better work-life balance around stressful projects because Wrike makes it easier to get done faster and effectively.

We use Wrike as our centralized project management and workflow platform to track payer contracting negotiations from initiation through execution. Contracting involves multiple stakeholders, including legal, finance, operations, provider leadership, and payer representatives. Wrike helps us coordinate these activities in a structured, transparent way.

We use Wrike to manage project resourcing, particularly for teams that work on a project basis. Wrike has allowed us to collaborate in one single place, making it easier to provide visibility to multiple stakeholders. Most importantly, all versions of work and conversations on a single project are centralized, making it easier to adapt to changing project needs.

Wrike for automation and improved workflow
Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We use it in the marketing department to complete projects. We use it to collaborate and keep projects organized, on track, and delivered on time. With Wrike, we are able to not only keep all of our projects organized, but we as a team can all see what others are doing, what their workload is, and who is behind. This really helps in assigning new projects and planning for the next quarter and beyond. Originally, I was a project manager and was building projects in Wrike as well as creating dashboards and reports to manage the team's workload. I now am a manager that uses the system to deliver projects. Being on both ends of the user spectrum for Wrike I like that it is so robust and offers a ton of customization for each user based on how they work and this helps keep the team happy and using the platform.

- Being able to see other people's workloads so when I am planning my projects for the upcoming quarter, I can set a project delivery date that is better suited to workload and is more realistic
Cons
- Finding projects easier. Unless I pin a project, it can be hard to find again even by searching
- It would be nice to have an option to add the project name to the end of task names. I implemented this in our workflow when i was a PM and it helps find tasks when you are moving assets or things from one task to the next

Use Cases and Deployment Scope
I use Wrike as our full-time project management tool at my company. We also have Jira, but we wanted to include Wrike in our tech stack because of its project management capabilities and the extent of automation and customization it provides to its users. Our stakeholders are pleased with it, as it is the only tool they have to rely on for all their projects and tasks. All the automation and request intake processes are set up so smoothly that it eases the work for everyone.

Cons
- Wrike automation using Unito is very buggy as it breaks a lot.
- More automation features should be added in Unito.
- Documentation and troubleshooting content could be improved.

- Wrike has improved our resource management significantly.
- Wrike has improved the request intake process for us.
- One negative impact of using Wrike is that we had to include Workato for some customised automations, which were not supported by Unito, but this can be on a need-to basis.
