Group meeting facilities has made the apps really excellent. All members of the organization can work efficiently in real time through the apps. Gossiping can make it ineffective. I think, we should utilize the apps effectively to get best result from it and highly recommend the apps to my colleagues and business partners. Here in Saudi Arabia it is almost impossible to do business without WhatsApp Business. Lack of voice and video call options is the real shortcoming of the app.
