Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use it for monthly Board and Commission meetings. I will have to become familiar with the use of practice sessions with is tricky because I don't want "Assign Privileges" and forget to remove them, and attendees are then unable to participate when the session is over. My biggest concern is that this morning I created a practice session and move a panelist to attendee status, and they were still able to hear the session from their phone, which is what I need to know how to prevent from happening again. Can you help? Also, explain how that was possible.

The Webex Assistant, which hasn't helped me much

The Assistant
Would be nice if after a practice session, the assign privileges default to previous status.

Likelihood to Recommend

There are so many times during meetings when we need to break out into Executive Sessions due to statutory requirements. Webex makes that possible, but I have to become savvier with the use of break sessions.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use it to manage online meetings with both internal staff and external non-department staff. I have also used it to conduct and record training.

Pros

Automated captioning
Ability to edit the captioning
Easy ability to allow others to share their screen
Easy ability to mute others

Cons

A password protected webex required to manually type in the password vs. copy/paste
I wish there was a way to pause a recorded webex and restart the recording without being two separate recordings

Likelihood to Recommend

It works great for meetings with multiple hosts. Also great for large meetings. I haven't really come up with a scenario it hasn't worked.
