The major business problem that has been solved using it, is that it's a platform for hosting large-scale online events, right? So maybe the organization uses it for webinars, training, or company-wide meetings. But common issues we face could include reaching a geographically dispersed audience, engagement in virtual events, lead generation, or maybe internal communication challenges. Our "business problems the product addresses." So talking about our pain points like lack of interaction in virtual meetings, difficulty managing large audiences, tracking attendee engagement, integrating with other tools, or security concerns. also Webex Webinars probably helps with those by offering features like Q&A, polls, analytics, and secure access. It is something that has been a major issue that has been solved seamlessly from Webex webinars .

Webex Webinars is a modern tool for webinars. The software brings together a cutting edge technology in video tools and other marketing systems. We use the software for events scheduling, presentation streaming and meeting management. The product ensures qulity video and high fidelity audio even to a large number of attendees. Use of the tool also allows us to conduct large scale webinar collaboration without limitations.

Pros

The software provides both reliable and secure webinar platform for webinars.
Software flexibility which ensures easy streaming to third party platforms and proper events scheduling and registration management
The product is super simple to use and integrates well with third party tools.

Cons

The product requires a significant investment because so many advanced features of the software are only available in paid plans.
Search features of the software are not so effective. Customization of the software is also pricey.
Customer support sometimes takes so long to respond which is a major challenge to daily users.

I find Webex Webinars so easy to use due to its direct user interface. Effectiveness of the tool in creating simplified webinar processes that are easily customisable. Availability of modern and quality production tools that do not require experience or any form of training. Ease in sharing of recorded webinars and availability of advanced webinar analytics.

I feel that the Webex Webinars is a robust platform which is designed for hosting large-scale virtual events, presentations, and interactive sessions. I am somebody who has both attended and hosted webinars using Webex, hence i am able to find it to be a reliable and feature-rich solution, though with some areas for improvement, its a great and dedicated webinar solution which is a really good solution for Webinars, Our organization is using it since 2017 and its a very good software for Businesses as well as normal users as its really well.

i personally feel that its a gem when it comes to Corporate Training & Onboardingas It supports large groups (1,000+ attendees) with stable streaming along with great features and clear interface . Breakout rooms allow for small-group discussions or hands-on exercises Apart from that recording and attendance tracking help HR teams monitor participation. Along with some really Good Employee training sessions, compliance workshops, and new hire orientations. Our organization is an user since 2017 and its still our preference over other products and software.

We've used Webex Webinars for a multitude of virtual events, both internally and externally facing. We've hosted our internal all staff calls using this platform and have also used it for things like customer facing Webex Webinars that our partners have sponsored. Webex Webinars is a reliable platform for the types of webinars that we host.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I used Webex Webinars instead of zoom as it integrates better with Microsoft. This has been extremely useful for video calls and webinars. It works well with Microsoft outlook as well as google accounts. My calendars are synced between the two platforms and webex is able to follow along regardless of where the appointment originated.

I used Webex Webinars most recently for my interview for my current position as Director of Student-athlete development and it was well suited for that situation because there was little change between screen sharing and speaker view. It may be ill-suited for switching between speaker view and screen sharing mode but I have not used it as much for that purpose.

I use it to connect my remotely located students . Make use of Webex Webinar in order to improve my teaching strategies in the virtual environment and consequently mu student learning experience .
It facilitates aspects such as stream, content sharing ,collaborating and also an option to access previously recorded lectures. Such development have enabled me to boost student participation, enhance accessibility and be economical in terms of time and resources.

Numerous interactive features offered by webex webinar contribute to the effectiveness and engagement of online learning, enable us to obtain student input on a specific topic quickly . Also allows student to post questions and get prompt responses.
It lets student work on particular projects in smaller groups, and allows for shared whiteboard, collaborate between educator and students.
Its integration of Webex Webinar with well-known LMS system such as Blackboard , canvas and Moodle is simple . We now have easier time keeping track of students attendance and participation in their online classes.

Although Webex webinar is generally a dependable experience there have been a few cases of technical problems like unexpected disconnections or problems with audio or video quality. Enhancing the overall user experience would involve improving the platform's performance and dependability.
Even though the Webex webinar mobile app has gotten better over time , more optimization would help us having seamless mobile experience , this could involve improving features like battery life video quality and screen sharing sharing.
Although webex webinar provides a number of customization options, but there should be freedom to adapt the platform to their own requirements. This can be more choices for branding , modifying the layout or integrating with other programs and tools.

Webex Webinars is used for conducting the Webinars, FDPs, online Classes every now and then in our department. It helps the participants a lot since it provides remote accessibility. Students can attend the program by being in their home. It also has recording sessions which are shared after the events. It provides screensharing for participants which is very useful in chat to solve the doubts.

Pros

Recording the sessions- It is very useful, we can share the content for offline use.
Chat is great. Online polling can be very useful with good analysis. Feedback is also good.
Meetings can be scheduled with notifications and alerts. It has mobile app as well with all the features.

Cons

It becomes slow when the participants are more.
White Board option needs more features. UI has to be more simple.
Recorded videos has too much size. And it should have integration with Google drive so that it can be shared easily.

Likelihood to Recommend

If you have less participants, say 50, it is great to use. For FDPs, seminars, workshops it can be used easily. It has almost all the features in the browser app.

Webex Webinars is generally used for hosting web-based meetings for a diverse set of activities. There's a need to interact with a host of people from different functional areas and it is practically not possible to go so many places and catch up with both existing as well as potential business partners. This is where Webex Webinars comes in as a handy tool in present times as it enhances time efficiency in a big way. The use case is fairly good and is likely to grow with time.

It's a highly scalable platform
Wide ranging feature integration is really good
Direct support for attendees on majority of browsers

Cons

Options for enhancing need based scalability should be there
Wide range of pricing options should be there to fit smaller use cases
There is a lag of audio particularly if multiple participants speak simultaneously in a webinar

Likelihood to Recommend

It is generally well suited for web based meetings and a host of such interactions. Introductions, team meetings, vendor updates, consumer interactions are really great use cases for Webex Webinars. No such scenario where it is less appropriate so far.

Getting everybody on the same page using disparate devices, mobile web, people who can't necessarily even use a microphone because of where they work. Basically just a platform that will allow people with different environments where they're connecting from to either type in or join the conversation very easily. It really needs to fit a lot of different roles, so some people are not technical, so basically everybody who needs access to that platform so that we get the broadest audience possible.

Pros

I think it was very easy to join the conference. I think it's very intuitive. The connection quality was very good. I rarely had a bad connection. Usually it's when I have a very spotty internet, good capacity to lots of people get on.

Cons

I think I've run into issues where it needed to update the app right as I was connecting and that was delayed me a little bit. I think that's all that really comes to mind right now. Otherwise it's been a good experience.

Likelihood to Recommend

I'd say mainly well suited for larger audiences. I think there's probably some products that are a little more economical for smaller audiences, but if you need a solid, reliable platform for larger audiences, say more than a hundred people. So this is the best product for that or at least top two.
