We use Webex meetings as a substitute for face-to-face meetings. If at least one employee works in a home office, all regular meetings are held via Webex. When we work with external partners, we sometimes also use their booked meeting software. And for larger meetings with all employees, Zoom is used.
Pros
It usually works fine
Virtual backgrounds available
Cons
Support for features like virtual backgrounds on less advanced systems that are still being used in offices
UI could be better and more performative
Can't keep up with other applications in the field

In general, Webex Meetings works well. But it just doesn't feel modern and user-friendly. It's annoying that meetings have to be scheduled in the browser. The user interface feels kind of cheap and is not very intuitively designed. I don't know how Webex Meetings is priced compared to its competition, but unless it's significantly cheaper, I really can't explain why it's used at all. As I said, it works and it's really not extremely bad, but it's not really good either.
