We use Webex Calling for conference calls, usually involving large groups. Since our organization has a Cisco subscription to the service, Webex Calling is preferred to free software with limited functionalities, like the free version of Zoom. As I mentioned, we prefer using Webex Calling for large groups but not for one-on-one calls. The ability to create meeting links and allow guests to join is a plus. I usually use Webex Calling as a meeting organizer within my organization and especially for outside calling, since the ability to allow guests is an important functionality. I also like the fact that Webex can be integrated with Outlook, so that meetings can be setup directly via using Outlook.
Pros
Ability to create meeting links
Allowing outside users to join
Handles large groups well
Cons
Interface could be better
Desktop app is hard to navigate

Webex Calling is well suited for large group calls as it seems to handle them quite easily. Webex Calling is also good when people are joining from outside the organization. One more thing we have noticed in our organization is that when compared to MS Teams, Webex Calling seems to use less bandwidth. This comes in handy when we are calling colleagues from areas with lower internet bandwidth. Webex Calling is less user friendly than some other software out there. The interface can do with a refresh.
