We currently use Webex for large town hall meetings where we stream communications between management to field workers. We also use it in our meeting rooms where we use smart boards integrated with Webex for collaboration with team members onsite and remote. The scope of our use case is to support remote collaborations from a small to large scale.
Pros
Live streaming to a large audience
Collaboration between on site and remote workers
Creating live drawings between team members and saving recordings
Cons
Webex Audio can sometimes drop
Webex could have more collaboration tools like creating tasks
Webex can have more integrations with microsoft tools

Great for enabling employees to communicate quickly back and forth with messaging or create quick ad-hoc meetings when messaging just won't do. Super simple to set up and join meetings and share a screen. Also works great as a softphone or when connected to a physical phone and making calls. Calendar option to show you daily meetings makes it simple to see whats on the agenda for today
My department is currently looking to use Webex to centralize communications and allow the ease of use that instant messaging provides. Currently, we seem to use several different platforms to achieve our communication needs. With Webex we hope to be able to reduce the need for multiple platforms and focus on just the one. We also plan on utilizing the 'spaces' feature to break out our department into the necessary groups.
Pros
Forming groups (teams, spaces)
Creating meetings in Outlook
Ease of installation/sign up
Cons
after a meeting ends, the chat from the meeting is not saved - this was a big one for us as last week we met with an outside vendor and they sent some important links that were gone after the meeting was over. I can see the meeting in the "Calling" tab, but if I right-click and go to "Chat" it just opens a chat with the meeting organizer.
The "people outside your company are included in this space" prompt shows persistently even though everyone in the Team has the same email @ -not sure what triggers this
some minor "glitchy" things such as the Webex window not re-scaling properly when moving it to a screen with a different zoom level

Pros Webex accomplishes all the basic necessities for a modern meeting platform Webex gets bonus points as well for having the "spaces" focus groups in addition to the "teams" larger groups Cons Does not save meetings chatroom like some other platforms do (such as Microsoft Teams) Some bugs that are minor inconveniences at best. Such as direct chats not opening up to the right person sometimes, and the program window not re-scaling appropriately.

It's being used by those who no longer want to have a physical phone anymore. It is also helpful in the security aspect in that it takes out a physical device on the network that can be a point on compromise and where we can't push updates to these physical phones to protect them from being a target for attackers.
Pros
No longer need a physical phone.
Easier to make phone calls where I can just copy and paste the number in. It also auto cleans up the number when dialing out so I don't have to remove anything.
Easily set up call forwarding in only a few clicks.
Call history is right on the front view and I don't have to dig through the menus to find it.
Cons
When first entering the server information, Jabber doesn't always hold in the information the first time.
I wish I could hide or make the icon smaller for Jabber.
Add in call blocking. Right-click and block number.

Since it's focused on security, I would recommend others to use it so we no longer have possible vulnerable devices on the network. Plus with it being software on the workstation, we can control the versioning of it. I think there is also an app for this but not entirely sure and how compatible the workstation and mobile phone ones might work together.
