Overall Satisfaction with Webex App

Cuts down on emails and enables quick easy colaboration. Easy to search through contacts, conversations and find content previously shared. Great plugins and bots to integrate other software and make work life easier. Great features for all users with emojis, gifs, ability to flag messages to create action items.

Great for enabling employees to communicate quickly back and forth with messaging or create quick ad-hoc meetings when messaging just won't do. Super simple to set up and join meetings and share a screen. Also works great as a softphone or when connected to a physical phone and making calls. Calendar option to show you daily meetings makes it simple to see whats on the agenda for today

Support is quick to respond and love that you can opt to have them communicate with you in a webex space if your not able to take a call. Support has often had our issues or questions taken care of same day or is able to escalate and get us in touch with the appropriate tech quickly.

No we did not purchase premium support. At time of purchasing we didn't see a need for it and we still haven't ran in to many issues where we have had a need for any additional support and the app seems to work great without needing to open tickets for issues.
Yes - Yes after contacting support and troubleshooting with them over a short period of time they were able to gather some logs and resolve the issue in a very timely manner.

Using Webex App

Very user friendly and have had very few complaints from employees about using it or having trouble figuring it out. It seems to be very intuitive and users can find what they need easily.

Yes - Webex app is just as easy to use as the app for Windows. It's easy to navigate and replicates the Windows app so everything is simple to find.
