We use Webex App every day, from all of our meetings to our calls. Without Webex App we would not be able to do our day to day activities. We also use Webex App for our collaboratiion team and when teaching our classes. It is a very key part of our working operations.

Best suited for where we do all of our meetings and just talking between fellow co workers to get our day to day meetings or our just to contact each other. It is a lot better than trying to message people on their phone. Without Webex App we would not be able to continue on with our jobs.
In our institute, Webex App is the major app used for almost all online programs like seminars/workshops, blended teaching strategies. It has very simple to use UI hence it is loved most from all. It is also used for daily online meetings since the app has most features as compared to other products. For tutorials, it comes with Whiteboard which is very helpful.

It is mainly used for webinars, especially after COVID. Since then it has become a common name in our organization. It comes with the app on mobile and hence it is used easily for online teaching, meetings and chat. The mobile app is simple with many essential options, but not like computer app features.

We use Webex App for videoconferencing in situations where we are not able to have in person meetings. We use it in conjunction with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and other VoIP solutions as well.

We have a Cisco voice environment with Call Manager at the heart. Since
Cisco ended support for the Cisco IP communicator software we have moved
on to using Cisco Webex app. It can make voice calls like Cisco IP
communicator but also excels at group meetings and video calling. Also
whenever we have a meeting with Cisco we have to use Webex App as it is the
only platform used by Cisco support employees.

It is well suited for video rooms. The product works and can be run on webpage without issue so it is not a struggle to get users signed in to meetings.
It is not appropriate for onsite teams as the main functionality is video meeting rooms. An alternative to Webex is Microsoft Teams which depending on your Microsoft licensing might be free making it hard to justify purchasing Webex.

During our project sessions all employees will discuss the details of project and asks for any advices. But sometimes video meeting will be distributed due to several problems but this WebEx provides also instant messaging service which will also work in low internet coverage. It is easy to switch the meeting mode.
