Overall Satisfaction with Webex App

We are using it for chat as a replacement for Jabber. We will be incorporating voice soon.

Pros

  • Group chat using spaces
  • File sharing

Cons

  • Not having to rely on spaces to use group chat
  • Teams has snuck in and departments are using that
  • Zoom
Webex intergrates better with our UC solution
