Small company feel, big company delivery
Pros
- The customer service is fantastic - you can call and get help from a live person immediately.
- Great follow through - they check up and make sure everything went well.
Cons
- As an assistant, it would be nice to see features that focus on booking for other people - for instance, I would like to be able to save user information and simply select them rather than having to enter their information each time. Or be somehow linked to their account so they can update information as needed and I can use their profile to create trips.
Return on Investment
- It's much easier to be able to send employees to the same website and know that they're getting the best price, rather than having them do research on their own.
- Having a company to contact about travel issues, rather than having to handle them internally is a great help as well.
