We are using Kronos Workforce Ready for timekeeping purposes for our Corporate office. It addresses all our the non-exempt employee punches and time-off requests.
Pros
Real-Time Data - Whether an employee punches online or from a time-clock, the data is instant.
Approval process - The approval process is very simple and straightforward.
Calendar - The calendar shows an in-depth view of your personal schedule and any upcoming time off requests that have been approved.
Cons
Time off cancellation process - A canceled time off request needs to be approved by a manager. The employee should be able to cancel at any time without an approval
The onboarding process is hectic - not very user-friendly

The implementation process is a little rocky, but once users are correctly installed and live in the application, it is effortless and straightforward.
Aim Directional Services, LLC is using the Kronos Workforce Ready Timekeeping Module, HR Module, Payroll Module and the ACA Module. We have office, shop and field employees using the timekeeping module to record their time worked and to which job the time should be charged. The time then flows into the payroll module, which cut about 3 to 4 hours of my time each payroll versus when I had to key everyone's time manually. The HR module tracks everyone's benefits and deductions and that rolls into the payroll module as well. The ACA module keeps track of the hourly employees hours worked and lets me know if someone is not working enough hours to qualify for benefits or if a part time employee has been working enough hours to qualify for benefits. It also saved me several hours of processing the year end ACA forms that had to accompany the W-2's. We have been using Kronos Workforce Ready products for a year now and I love them. They have saved me so much time and energy and headaches and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a complete payroll/HR solution.
Pros
Kronos Workforce Ready implementation was amazing. They assign a team to you that consists of a leader and one expert per module that you are purchasing. They send you spreadsheets and questionnaires to start so they can get an idea of what you want. They ask questions and customize each module to set it up in a way that will be most beneficial to you and your organization.
Cons
The Kronos Workforce Ready mobile app could use some improvements. About half of our hourly employees are in the field and may or may not have a computer with them, so we allow them to use the mobile app for clocking in and out on their phones. It seems that the majority of the missing punches were caused by a glitch in the mobile app.
Likelihood to Recommend
We have several jobs or rigs running at a time and we need to know how much labor is used on each job. We set up the timekeeping module with an extra field such that as each field employee clocks in, he has to choose the number for the job that he is on. When we run the general ledger report, it sorts the employee pay by jobs so that we know exactly how much our labor cost is for each job.
